As women, we understand the power of positive self-perception. Sadly, many women today are struggling with low self-esteem and identity crisis issues. That's why this group was formed - to encourage and uplift each other, reminding women to see themselves as God sees them: valued, worthy, and capable.
Through providing consistent and meaningful encouragement, we aim to promote awareness of the innate gifts and talents that each woman possesses. Our approach is rooted in scripture-based words, offering guidance and support for personal development and progress.
We believe that every woman deserves to walk in the full realization of her worth. That's why we are calling you to action - to join our community and journey together towards a stronger sense of self and a deeper understanding of your value. Together, we can overcome and thrive, shining forth as the confident and empowered women that we were meant to be.

Men of Valor
El Roi Lighthouse's Men's Ministry has a mission to move forward with the engagement of teaching young men on the virtues and behaviors of a gentleman. Our approach will not only focus on the transformation from boys to men, but also emphasize the importance of keeping God at the forefront of their lives.
Designed to instill a sense of responsibility, respect, and integrity in young men,
we understand the impact of strong role models in the lives of young men. Therefore, our team is composed of dedicated and experienced individuals who will serve as mentors and guides, leading by example and sharing their wisdom and experiences. By fostering a positive and supportive environment, we strive to create a safe space for young men to ask questions, express their thoughts, and grow into confident and respectful individuals.
As we move forward together on this journey, let us not forget the importance of incorporating God into our teachings. We firmly believe that true gentlemanly behavior comes from a place of faith and humility. By keeping God at the forefront of their lives, young men will not only learn how to be gentlemen but also how to be spiritual and compassionate individuals.
